A full electrical refresh of the lobby and amenity spaces at a Humber Bay condominium. AMPS handled new lighting layouts across the lobby, lounge, and fitness areas (including layered ambient, accent, and feature lighting on dimming controls) plus dedicated circuits for the amenity equipment and updated emergency lighting to code. Work was scheduled around resident traffic and building access rules to keep disruption to a minimum.
