ESA Inspection and Why It Is Not Optional


A full panel replacement in Ontario requires ESA inspection, and we do not consider the job complete until that inspection has passed. This is not a formality we tolerate because the law requires it. It is confirmation, in writing, that the panel meets the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and that the work was done correctly from the first connection to the last. For a Long Branch homeowner, that documentation matters for insurance, for resale, and simply for knowing the system behind the wall is sound.


Getting the Power Back On Safely


Once every circuit was reconnected and tested, power was restored to the home and the hydro meter was reconnected to close the loop.
