Why We Let Doctor Reno Film Our Jobs From Start to Finish

When Roman shows up on an AMPS job site, our crew works exactly the way they would if no one were filming, because that is the entire point of the collaboration.

When AMPS and Doctor Reno collaborate on a job, our crew does not change anything about how we work. We do not slow down for better lighting, we do not re-do a step for a cleaner shot, and we do not script what our technicians say when Roman asks them a question mid-task. The camera documents the job the way it unfolds: the parts that look impressive, and the parts that are just careful, unglamorous, correct electrical work.
The Long Branch Job: Our Collaboration in Action
Our recent panel upgrade in Long Branch is a good example of what this partnership actually produces. Roman was on site for the full job, from the moment the hydro meter was disconnected through the panel replacement and the final ESA inspection. The homeowner spoke on camera about the breaker that had been tripping constantly, a problem that turned out to trace back to a panel that had aged past its capacity. Viewers did not just see a finished panel. They saw the actual diagnostic process, the labelling of every circuit before disconnection, and even a more experienced technician walking a junior team member through the work in real time.
That last part matters more than it might seem. A lot of companies keep training moments off camera because they do not look as polished as a finished product shot. We think showing an apprentice learning correctly, standing next to someone who has done the work hundreds of times, is exactly the kind of thing a homeowner should be able to see before they trust a company with their electrical panel.
